Here is some important information to help you register your athlete on Arbiter
- Register your athlete for all the sports they may try out for during the whole school year. (not just current season). If you already completed a registration but would like to add a sport – login and edit your current registration.Â
- You only need to upload a new physical if the old one is expired. When it is time to upload a new physical it must be on the 4 page NCHSAA physical paperwork. See attached. DO NOT create a new account to upload the new physical, please go into your existing account. There should only be one registration for your athlete. You can register multiple siblings in one account. It is your account, not your athletes. IF you have a rising freshman, their information (current physicals) will transfer up to their HS Arbiter account. Â
- When going into your Arbiter account to upload your new physical, PLEASE DELETE all the old documents. We cannot do that on our end, and it makes approving new paperwork very difficult.Â
- Please follow us on twitter or instagram @weddingtonmsnc for updated information throughout the school year. Information will also be posted on the school social media.
- Registrations close ONE WEEK prior to the start of sports season.
Spring Football / Cheer Registration closes May 5th.  ***Arbiter section needed only for rising 7/8. Rising 6th will complete booster waiver for tryouts and register for 2026/2027 when it opens in July. (see page for more info)
Fall Sports Closes August 3rd. ** Does not open Until June 1st 2026
Booster Clubs may have different policies for late registration but all school registrations will close on the dates listed above. Only students that have newly moved into UCPS 2 weeks prior to registration closing will be given an exemption.
How to use your phone as a scanner! Biggest issue that most parents have is getting access to a scanner to upload documents. You phone can create pdf’s to upload. You don’t have to do one page at a time…you can do all 4 pages at once. See below for directions.
How to scan documents on your iPhone or iPad
- Open Notes and select a note or create a new one.
- Tap the Camera button , then tap Scan Documents .
- Place your document in view of the camera.
- If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically scan. …
- Tap Save or add additional scans to the document.
How to scan documents on an Android using Google Drive:
- Open the Google Drive app .
- In the bottom right, tap Add .
- Tap Scan .
- Take a photo of the document you’d like to scan.
- Adjust scan area: Tap Crop .
- Take photo again: Tap Re-scan current page .
- Scan another page: Tap Add .
- Create your own title or select a suggested title.
- To save the finished document, tap Save .
