2026 Registration will open in July.

Fall Sports Night Information Session on May 4th at 6pm in WMS Gym. 

Make sure to register and join SportsYou to receive team info and important dates. 

This year, there will be a time trial with a minimum time needed in order to qualify. 

Team Expectations

• 100% effort every practice
• Run 1000 minutes over the summer and log minutes on sheets to turn into coaches
• Proper attire for practice and meets
  • Running shorts and tops
  • Running shoes
  • Watch (nothing fancy; a plain Timex Ironman watch will do)
• WATER BOTTLES!!!
• Be Prepared for the weather…we will run in the rain, but not if there’s lightning
• No ear buds or phones while at practice!!
