Marvin Ridge’s Kate Schindler named to Carolinas Classic All-Star Game
Marvin Ridge senior Kate Schindler has been selected to the Carolinas Classic All-Star game, which will be played later this month.
Schindler helped Marvin Ridge to a 23-5 overall record and an unbeaten season in the Southern Carolina Conference. She was named the Conference Player of the Year.
Standing at 5-foot-4, Schindler will play college basketball at Richmond.
The Carolinas Classic All-Star Game puts some of the top high school seniors in North Carolina up against their counterparts from South Carolina.
This year’s all-star game will be played on March 21 at Dorman High School in Spartanburg, S.C. The event includes a girls game and a boys game.
